0:35.2

you know it's working me out but I used to sit in my basement, and I've kept up with you guys. You guys do a great show, and I don't say this. By the way, I'm only doing one local show in the country today. You guys are great. You have perspective. You know the local teams, but you're not homers. You know, whatever. You're just both great. You know your baseball. You're a baseball guy, and Felger's a smart Alec, who's got his football nailed down. But you just get you guys are an easy listen. And you know what I always appreciate about you guys? Like you love your teams, but you're not homers. and that's your journalism background? Yeah, you guys are tremendous.

1:11.3

Thanks, Colin.

1:26.4

That's nice. We throw that word journalism around loosely now. Yeah, what is it? There's a lot of different ways to do it. I have contacts. Let me ask you, since you're just on the radio thing. You are the first, maybe the only radio guy who does a simulcast. Yeah. Who addresses the camera. Yeah.

1:27.5

Who does the one shot?

1:44.6

I got to tell you, it's off-putting for me colin i'm like yeah are you supposed don't look at the cat or do look at the camera why do you look at the camera well because i'm a solo host and so i feel like i can connect there's a connectivity if i'm looking at people and now if i have a guest on I'm looking to the side of joy. I'm doing the news.

1:47.0

But I kind of like connecting with people.

1:51.8

And so even when I do the Sunday show for Fox NFL kickoff, I'm looking you're right in the eye, and we're talking.

1:54.1

And I feel like I have a better command.

1:59.4

By the way, as you guys know, regionally and locally, simulcasts work.

2:00.5

They don't work national.

2:01.4

They're all dying.

2:17.1

And so we take great pride in the fact that you've got to be more dynamic. You got to talk about NFL and NBA stars. You know, you can't do... That's it. That's it. Baseball's tough. You can't do it. It's tough. It's football and the NBA. 62% of my show last year was football. 27% was NBA stars.

2:19.5

So, you know, so it's more reductive.

2:19.3

I don't do, you know, I'll do a Tiger Woods, I'll do a big UFC fight, I'll do a big college football game.

2:25.3

So it's a real battle. Like you have to, you're constantly, when you do a simulcast, radio's more fun.

2:30.3

Television, I'm wearing makeup.

2:32.3

Yeah.
