Fridays with Ted here on Felger and Maiz, and McCarthy, we didn't get your thoughts on who could be a sneaky AFC contender this year. We know the chiefs, obviously. Chargers, you'd think, but now they lose their safety. Derwin James for in a definite amount of time because he's got a foot fracture. So those two teams, all right, you know, they're going to be contenders, but who's a team that could sneak up on the pads? You want my honest thoughts on this?

Nobody. The AFC blows. That's the problem. Like, how are we defining contender here, Jim? Like a team that could make it to the AFC title game or the team that's going to surprise, you know, and get into the playoffs. Because I look around the game. I don't think of like the Jets of 09-2010.

I felt like, you know, Rex Ryan had built something there, even though they had a bad quarterback really in Mark Sanchez, but especially in 09, they make a little bit of a wee run in 2010. I'll take the Titans and I don't feel good about it at all, but the only reason I'm saying it is because I feel like you're putting a gun to my head and making me pick something. and they could just be the team this year. And I think they're well coached that in a week conference, they find a way to bubble up and maybe make it to a divisional round or a FC championship game. But that says more about everybody else around them than the Tennessee Titans themselves because I don't really

buy in on the Jets. I mean, sure, I like Darnold, but I don't really buy in on the rest, you know, that's going on there like the bills like Josh Allen. I'm just looking down the list. Like every team I can I can poke a serious hole in like Baltimore. I don't like Lamar Jackson. Cleveland, they're Cleveland.
