I feel like a lot of us are this week, have a lot of rising up to do.

Have a lot of energy to create because we've been allowing our power to slip away right

through our fingertips.

Right.

Sometimes this power gets slip away intentionally by a lack of action on our part.

But sometimes this power gets slip away slowly over time without us even knowing until

we become completely restless.

Have you ever been in a depression or had a day where you just couldn't quite move?

It's like the circulation in your body was just frozen and the energy just couldn't

amount to nothing.

You didn't have the energy to express your will onto your desires.

You felt completely powerless and you became restless.

I've been there when I become powerless.

First things first, I don't like to demonize any emotion because I've come to realize every

human being experiences every every emotion, right.

We're talking about angry.

We're talking about sad.
