In a world that is so connected in so many ways these days, many of us feel very disconnected.

So in this episode of spiritual perspectives, discerning news, we're going to hopefully clarify some ways that you can feel more connected to yourself.

So I know the big story this week, which, you know, it's out there for everybody, is the Putin-Trump connection in Alaska.

I say connection because kind of started that way, right?

That's right.

That I think is the ultimate is what they're trying to do is connect to one another so we don't have any more war in Ukraine.

Oh, it's definitely sucked up all the oxygen for the news cycle.

I mean, everything's gotten quiet because of that.
