And for those of you who did not hear last week's episode,

Sweaty and Pist has evolved and the name has changed to Ichi and Bichi.

And I have to tell you a little story about that process.

I contacted our website company to tell them that we were changing our domain name from Sweaty and Pist

and the woman who was helping me ask my name and all my information, of course,

and said, and what is the domain name you currently have?

And I said, Sweaty and Pist.

And she laughed and said, okay, what are you changing it to?

And I said, well, it gets better, it is now Ichi and Bichi.

And she really laughed then.

So it was an interesting process to professionally be calling a website company

and telling them our name is changing from Sweaty and Pist to Ichi and Bichi.com.

And she got a big kick out of it and said she'd listened to our podcast.

So hey, there it is.

Anyway, today I'm going to talk to you about adrenal fatigue.

I've had a lot of questions posted on our Facebook page.

And I know this is a big issue that I deal with in my own practice.
