Sources tell CNN that federal prosecutors are using a second grand jury in south Florida and have heard testimony from multiple witnesses as part of the investigation into former President Trump’s handling of classified documents. 1:01.9	We knew he was going to have to testify because they subpoenaed him. The Trump team tried
1:06.2	to fight it, citing executive privilege. They lost that. So we knew it was going to happen.
1:10.4	We just didn't know when and now we know he has testified. He's a key figure in both
1:14.7	of these investigations. And so that is notable here. And was with the former president throughout
1:19.9	the day on January 6. Was with him throughout the day on January 6 was once his representative
1:24.1	to the National Archives which of course is at the center of the documents investigation
1:28.3	was on the phone that Trump had the phone called Trump had with the Georgia secretary of
1:31.5	state. And now we know there's that audio recording of Trump talking about classified
1:35.7	documents and having them. He also went down to Georgia. He also went down to Georgia
