breaking news this morning in Paris where the AP is reporting that a soldier opened fire outside the

Louvre Museum. The Paris police chief said that the Louvre attacker wielded a machete

and that five shots were

fired and the attacker is gravely wounded. Lots happening this morning. The Wall Street Journal has a

story on Donald Trump planning to sign an executive order that would undo some of Dodd-Frank.

The move is significant because Republicans have said that Donald Trump can use executive orders

to undo what Obama did by

executive order. That is not what's happening here. And one of the key figures here is Gary Cohn,

who's now in Trump's White House, but before, was the president of Goldman Sachs. We've also got a scoop

this morning on House Republicans' plans detailing 14 key deadlines in 2017. According to sources in the

Republican meeting Thursday, there has been no clear guidance for the White House on an

infrastructure package, which is why it isn't part of the framework. Republicans also detailed

a three-bucket strategy on health care that includes unraveling Obamacare administratively,

a second plan that would repeal and replace Obamacare administratively, a second plan that would repeal and replace

Obamacare under reconciliation, and a third approach that would be a health care package with

various elements.
