Hi friends I'm Annie F Downs. Let's read the Gospels. The Gospels are the first four books of the New Testament of the Bible, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. These are the stories of Jesus Christ's life on earth, the friendships, the

sacrifices, the meals, and the miracles.

We are two-thirds of the way through this month.

In fact, every month we're gonna read three chapters a day

and finish in 30 days days but February is a little

different obviously there's only 28 days so we're reading of some extra

chapters a couple of times during the month particularly coming up in the

book of John so go ahead and subscribe today. Join us as we read

the Gospels together. Let me share with you how this is going to go today. I

will read three chapters to you. You can listen or read along in your own Bible and

then I'll pray and that's it.

So today is February 20th, day 20 of this month and I will be reading Luke

chapters 16 through 18 and the translation I'm reading from this month is the E. S. V. Luke 16. He also said to the disciples

there was a rich man who had a manager and charges were brought to him that this man was

wasting his possessions and he called him and said to him what is this that I

hear about you turn in the account of your management for you can no longer be manager and the manager said to himself what shall I do since my master is taking the management away from me.

I'm not strong enough to dig and I am ashamed to beg.

I have decided what to do,

so that when I'm removed from management,

people may receive me into their houses.

So summoning his master's debtors one by one,
