to start your own agency because you started out in the agency world, the big guys.

Yeah, exactly. I did. So when I graduated from college, I was interested in the fundamental question, what makes

somebody buy something? It's just like, what's going on on the inside and how can a brand

or a business connect with them? And that's still really what motivates me today. So I started

out, as you said, big guys. It was an agency called Darcy Macy

Spenten Bowls, kind of like, you know, the madmen kind of experience. It was in the 80s, and I was

in account work. Then I moved to a small agency where we were kind of a hybrid agency slash marketing

consulting firm, and we were responsible for all the market research and product development concepts.
