Hi everyone, welcome to Add Home with Sally. I'm Sally Clarkson and I have the biggest

privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement. And I am just so glad

that you're here today. Thanks so much for joining me.

Hello my friends, it's Sally Clarkson and I just want to welcome you to Add Home with

Sally and friends and today I have friends. And I'm really looking so forward to them

being with me because these are two women I trust, I love, I respect and we've been working

together for many years. And so I just thought I would like for them to come on and talk

with us today. But the other thing is I really have been praying about all of you all and

I really believe that if you're anything like me, you go through cycles of anxiety, of

depression, of fear. And so I thought maybe this is holy week this week and why was the,

was Jesus's life in his disciples filled with anxiety questions, what in the world is

going on? This is awful, sort of things. And so I was hoping and praying that maybe we

would be able to encourage all of you all today as we talk about these things. But the

reason I've particularly asked my friend Jenny and my friend Gretchen to be with me, many

of you who are in our membership know that they really run our membership and help me

do a lot of the work that's on it, do most of the work that's on it is because they are

both seasoned moms, they have had toddlers to teens, they have gone through every possible

imaginable, imaginable part of motherhood. And I thought I wonder if my friends in this

podcast land would enjoy hearing what, what are some of the things that are mutual to all
