I want to remind you that you have to find your work.

There's a role for everybody to play and everybody doesn't have to play the same role.

There's a role for social workers, for teachers, for high schoolers, for everybody in this

work.

So make sure you're finding your work to do and not necessarily just doing the work that

other people are doing.

You have skills and abilities that are unique to you, that aid you in the fight.

Now the second thing I'll say is the dedication.

I'll dedicate this pod to two people.

One is Charlene Alliles, who's a mother for a black woman who was recently killed by the

police in Seattle.

They said she was building a knife.

They reminded that she called the police actually to report a burglary and was killed by the police.

She was promised by the police and it was on camera that they would not hurt her and

nonetheless they killed her.
