1:03.4	So I gave that very brief introduction, Arjun, do me a favor.
1:07.2	And if you would, maybe take a few minutes tell us a little bit more about yourself your background your expertise and ultimately you know how you landed in your you know your your
1:13.7	current role with onyx yeah so i i was born in india and uh and i studied architecture
1:22.1	at the undergrad level practiced architecture uh in india for for a good four five five years before I went over to the UK
1:30.2	practice there in London for a year. And my intent was always to get into real estate development
1:35.8	either through acquisitions or just ground up development. And I targeted business schools all
1:43.5	across the US, especially in fast growing markets.
1:47.1	So University of Florida was obviously right up there.
1:50.3	I got a really generous scholarship from the university and it made the choice a lot easier.
