0:58.3	to be a good time. Yeah, I'm excited. So what I'd love to do, Bronson, for those that aren't
1:02.1	familiar with you, maybe take a few minutes. if you would. Tell our listeners in your own words, a little bit more about yourself, your
1:13.0	background. But more importantly, how you found your way into this crazy world of real estate.
1:17.5	Yeah. So, yeah, so I was a highly paid medical sales professional. So I worked in the medical
1:23.2	field wearing scrubs and working with physicians, mostly heart surgeons. And I was making over 200,000 a
1:28.1	year and I enjoyed what I did. I just, one thing I did not like is I didn't have control over my time.
1:33.2	And I had to be at a certain place, a certain time. And I wanted the idea of really having something
1:38.2	passive. And Warren Buffett has this saying, you know, unless you learn how to make money while you sleep, you'll work until you
1:44.4	die. So there's a difference between making a lot of money. I saw physicians that were making
1:48.5	sometimes, you know, a million or more or two million or more, yet they were working 68 hours a week.
1:53.9	They always had to be at the office. They had to be in the hospital. So I saw this and I thought,
1:57.3	I want to do something different. So I started doing some single family houses in
2:01.0	another state, ended up talking with a cousin who I just hadn't seen in years. He said,
