background. But more importantly, how you found your way into this crazy world of real estate.

Yeah. So, yeah, so I was a highly paid medical sales professional. So I worked in the medical

field wearing scrubs and working with physicians, mostly heart surgeons. And I was making over 200,000 a

year and I enjoyed what I did. I just, one thing I did not like is I didn't have control over my time.

And I had to be at a certain place, a certain time. And I wanted the idea of really having something

passive. And Warren Buffett has this saying, you know, unless you learn how to make money while you sleep, you'll work until you

die. So there's a difference between making a lot of money. I saw physicians that were making

sometimes, you know, a million or more or two million or more, yet they were working 68 hours a week.

They always had to be at the office. They had to be in the hospital. So I saw this and I thought,

I want to do something different. So I started doing some single family houses in
