1:17.8	excited to welcome it back. It's been a lot of, you know, many years since we had them on. And so doing my friend. Kevin, always good to see you again and to be able to catch up. I'm doing well. How about
1:28.4	yourself? Yeah, doing great. Families well. Everyone's healthy. And so life is good. That's all
1:33.4	it really matters, right? That's all that really matters. So, Scott, you're kind of an icon in the

I mean, you've been around doing this for quite some time now, but I'm sure there might be a few folks that are listening that don't know your background and, you know, kind of where you came from. So maybe take a few minutes and I guess give us kind of the run-up to you getting into the self-storage space. I know you got your start and other aspects of real estate. So maybe give us a little bit of your background if you would. Sure. Yeah. So got started like probably just about everybody in real estate and that is buying one single family house. And so we bought
2:05.5	this house with a at the time, Kevin, this is back going back to 1993 and an assumable VA mortgage
2:11.5	on it. So it was really easy for somebody to come in who didn't have a lot of credibility in
