So what is fatty liver disease, and how can we not get it?

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is now the most frequent chronic liver disease

Why do we care?

Because a fatty liver can progress into fatty hepatitis, which can cause scarring and

There are three main sources.

The excess sugar in our diet, excess fat in our diet, and the fat spilling over from
