Welcome to Fitstog Radio, a happy late father's day to all the fathers out there.

And it's a great holiday unless your dad was a deadbeat dad, in which case this is a

long day.

The show's coming a little late this week.

I've been working hard on this podcast because it's dedicated to my father, Bob Fitzsimmons,

Robert Michael Fitzsimmons.

And I went back and I went through a lot of audio tapes that years ago, my father had

some shows on a real to real audio.

And somebody converted them to cassette tapes, little cassette tapes.

And I mentioned that on the air and one of my fine generous listeners had me send them

the cassette tapes.

They converted it to digital and they sent me the hard drive.

And I've been going through these old tapes and it's been very emotional and I've done

a lot of thinking about my dad.

And so it took me a couple extra days to finish this week's podcast, but hopefully

it's all worth it.
