Time for the recap.

Last time on Venture Maidens, our heroes were stuck in the wrong time with a big world-destroying Godbeam headed right for them.

Luckily, Saya's water elemental was able to pull them into the elemental plane of water before they were completely obliterated.

They survived being submerged in the endless oceans of the plane with the help of Saya's watery friend

who turned out to be a merid named Persana.

Persana protected the maidens as they rested, then led them to battle a squid-like hoarding

monster called a morkoth.

The morkoth's corpse served as bait to attract a dragon turtle who turned out to be old pals with persona.

They climbed in the turtle's mouth and began to race through the water curaining back towards the material plane.

And that's what happened.
