Stocks breaking a four-day losing streak today, the major average is finishing

modestly higher with nine of 11 sectors in the green. Energy, the big winter,

will dive deeper into the market action and that's shocking move by the bank of Japan coming up.

But we begin with a new COVID fear on the radar of the U.S. State Department,

a growing wave of cases in China, as the country struggles to deal with an overwhelmed hospital

system and a large, under-vaccinated population. This, as a U.S. comes into the holiday season,

travel, of course, soaring around the globe and in and out of China.

Former FDA Commissioner, Dr. Scott Gottlieb, warning this could be a long winter for China,

and an even worse spring here in the United States. Let's bring in Dr. Gottlieb now,
