CNBC is now reporting that Soft Bank is an advanced talks to take control of

Wework.

That's what sources are telling CNBC's own David Faber, a deal could be announced as soon as

tomorrow.

It is Soft Bank led by Japanese billionaire Masa Sun that is taking control here,

not the Vision Fund, and after the move, Soft Bank would then control nearly 80% of We Work.
