about Mary Jo is she started the farming bug later in life instead of like getting right into it

I'm excited about this opportunity to talk about something that I care so much about.

And while I've kind of gotten into selling what we have on our farm to people to consume on their kitchen table, off their

kitchen table. This is, farm is something that I've always loved and been interested in. My husband

and I have had cattle for years and horses, as you know. And after staying home for 35 years,

you know, just a mom, a homeschool mom, raised three boys,

I decided I needed to put my animal science degree to work and do something to bring some money

home. And, you know, we had the farm. And so, and I, you know, built a community, sort of a

maha community here in Mississippi, as you know, through the medical freedom movement.

So it just seemed a natural transition into selling farm to table, grass fed, and finished beef.

And that's interesting because obviously I think the average age of a farmer is 58, 59, or 60, one of the three.
