Calshy, and Crypto.com of running on licensed sports betting via contracts markets.

The state ordered the companies to cease any sports wagering operations.

argued on Wednesday that it's regulated by the federal government.

And lastly, two key positions in U.S. crypto oversight are advancing this week in the Senate
