Hi friends and welcome to the fierce marriage podcast. I'm Ryan. I'm Selena. Today we're

going to talk about a topic that is actually pretty new to us, although we know of it in

theory. We haven't studied it in depth and we're just going to begin kind of processing

through it. And the topic is family of origin. And what it means is basically what kind

of family did you come from? And how does that affect you as a person and how does that

affect your marriage? And so Selena and I are going to share our stories as children growing

up. And to hopefully get some more context also just so you get to know us a little bit better,

we've realized we've not done that. So thank you for joining us today. We're excited
