Atlanta family avert a possible mass shooting at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.

Billy Joe Kegel's family is alarmed by his comments and actions during a live stream and alert

police. They believe the 49-year-old was armed and headed to the

airport to shoot it up. Cagle reportedly drives from Cartersville about an hour outside Atlanta

parks at the airport going inside to scope out the situation before planning to return to his car

for his rifle and ammo inside.

Atlanta police are notified and Officer Myesha Banks spots a man matching Kegel's description,

scanning the ticketing area and security checkpoints.

Kegel now facing charges of terroristic threats, criminal attempt to commit aggravated assaults,

possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by convicted felon.

A neighbor of Birx in the Hollywood Hills calls 911 at 4.38 a.m. on Sunday, July 20th,

with a public nuisance complaint regarding the loud music being played at the mansion.

Police arrived four hours after the call at 8.57 a.m.

And there was no music playing. And the officer's report indicates the situation resolved itself.

During the time Burke lived in the house, this was the only time neighbors complained about noise.

Mladen Trevunovig, the owner of the home Burke was renting for $20,000 a month,

has hired a private investigator, Steve Fisher, to try and find out what was happening in the home he owns.
