Hello, I am in the Essex Countryside this morning.

I have got some silk pyjamas on with a really

beautiful floral print over the very vibrant and the reason I'm wearing bright

vibrant silk pyjamas is because winter is coming and I've

seen a few of my friends this week and they were all feeling down not for any

particular reason and I just was explaining to them look I think it's because the

winds has come in so I thought I'm not going to get down I'm going to embrace autumn

like it's giving me a big hug.

So I remain to be colourful.

I'm not changing my lipstick colour.

I'm still going to wear pink.

I'm not going for the autumn shades. Hell no.

So I'm sitting here drinking tea.
