From the land of the free and the home of the chiefs, this is the

locked on chiefs podcast. It's locked on chiefs and we are still digging

through the aftermath of the chiefs trip out to the East Coast to play the

Patriots. We have a great show for you. We got Matt Derek. After all the media was done, the interviews and the pressers and all that, somewhere approaching 2 o'clock in the morning, we got a chance to talk to Matt and this is our

takeaways it's a very lively media room that he was forced to use as his

location so a lot of background noise but I think you guys will be able to hear it just fine.

We're going to get to that in a little bit, but I want to talk about what's going on with the

team in the fallout from that.

Now, I don't know if everybody was aware at the time.

I certainly wasn't off of the broadcast but Tyreek Hill had an

incident after he scored that long touchdown. He was just trying to slow down and ended up getting

into that padded wall just in front of the seats and some fans down there

flipping him off and somebody ended up throwing beer on him.

I'm not sure if it was a can or if it was just the liquid, but kind of a big deal deal I mean that basically boils down to to fans

coming on to the field and you know the Patriots took kind of a flimsy stance on it

quote unquote disinviting that fan once identified

from returning to their Gillette Stadium. In the meantime Monday afternoon local police in Boston actually identified the guy and have put out his his location anyway 20 year old

21 year old guy.

And they are going to charge him with disorderly conduct

and throwing an object of a sporting event,

which in some municipalities is actually

a chargeable offense because he interferes with the safety of others attending that
