This story was a great find and is still one of our best performing episodes. Henry Lawson's "Brighten's Sister-In-Law" is a poignant narrative, a classic example of the Australian bush ballad. The story recounts a drover's desperate race against time to save his ailing son, Harry, and the unexpected salvation he finds in a woman society has cast aside.
