All the coolest baseball players are doing it.

It's been a while since I've had an ankle sprain.

But yeah, it's the invogue injury right now, apparently.

Yeah, Jacob Mizorowski ending his very exciting debut by

seemingly tripping on the mound his ankle went sideways seems like he's going to be okay we'll get

to him in a minute uh not the only big prospect to discuss on today's show but as always always, Ryan, let's start with some of the headlines.

And let's avoid talking about injuries for at least a minute or so. Let's kick things off with

Ronald Acuna Jr. who stole a base on Friday. Good to see him feeling confident enough to run, I guess is the main takeaway here.

He had gone, how many games was it, before he had attempted his first steal? 18. I believe there

was one early in his comeback where he was running on a three-two pitch, but it did not end up as a

stolen base attempt.

But good to see Ronald Lecuna feeling confident enough to take off.

Yeah, he mentioned during his rehab that he was planning to take it easier on the bases.

I don't think we envisioned him going until his 19th game before he actually

attempted a stolen base. The good news is the sprint speed is still elite. I think he exceeded 30,

30 feet per second. Is that this, how they calculate the sprint speed yeah yesterday so that's

i mean that's among the elite of the elite so it's not a it's not a matter of a him losing speed

he's just being more conservative on the basis does give you some optimism that especially as the season goes along if that

knee continues to feel fine that maybe he'll up the aggressiveness on the basis but one down for
