This is the first time we've recorded a podcast since the tragic news of the passing of Henry Hope Frost. Back when we

had a proper presenter on this podcast, Henry was the voice of it. He did a much more professional

job than me. And we're all still reeling from the loss of a broadcaster, journalist, autosports stage

host, All sports stage host,

Allsport Awards, interviewer, colleague and friend.

So we're going to start off just remembering Henry and what he meant to us.
