It's been pretty crazy here.

Last week on Friday I had one of the most decorated US Navy SEALs in the building

that's Mr. Jocko Willink and to put it mildly, Jocco had quite an impact on me if you don't know who he is he

wrote a book called Extreme Ownership and it was really about the lessons he learned in the Battle of Ramadi chiefly in 2006 when his US Navy

Seal Task Force Bruiser went in and really took care of business and brought the city to a more peaceful place

and a lot of the lessons that he learned and how they apply to leadership and management

in corporations.

It's not exactly the most obvious way that you would go with those kind of lessons

from the battlefield, but it's really had a big impact on me and since then I've read

his entire book, listened to it and the whole team here at London Real

are reading it now in our audible account,

and really trying to embrace a lot of those lessons.

So I'm going to talk about that later in the show,

but we're going to call this extreme ownership because I challenge
