A first hearing for Dr. Michael McKee in Winnebago County, Illinois, which seats Rockford,

where Dr. McKee apparently was working as a vascular surgeon.

And it is, of course, the first court appearance related to the murders of Spencer and Monique

Tepe.

Of course, he is the Ohio dentist.

She is his wife and Dr. Michael McKee, the ex-husband of Monique Tepe.

And what we can tell you so far is that these murder charges have been raised to aggravated murder charges in one of the more shocking double

murder cases that Columbus, Ohio has seen in recent years.
