0:49.1	The ban will be January 19th, unless TikTok cuts ties with its Chinese-based parent company by dance under a law that
0:56.8	TikTok is trying to block. This past week, filing an emergency motion at the same Washington, D.C.
1:03.1	Federal Appeals Court the days earlier, rejected a TikTok in bite-dance attempt to get the law struck
1:08.2	down. TikTok hopes the new motion puts the law on hold until the Supreme Court decides whether
1:15.0	or not to consider TikTok's appeal.
