Dear Georgie and Samira, I'm writing in as I've had the worst day.

Okay, when I say the worst it's not pure hell but it's been one of those where everything has gone wrong.

I smashed my phone screen this morning, a bird sat on me, yes really, it's lucky.

On my way to work, and my manager has been pure hell. How can so much bad stuff happen at all

that once? It's honestly made me feel so down and I just want to date to end. How do you turn your

bad days around? You just have to accept it's a bad day, I'm so sorry. Get with it all and laugh

about everything. She always had to put a rest warrant and a bird and shut down my chest.

And I hadn't known until I'd like, I'd like to open a sat down and a web, how was this shit

got past my face? Aren't you my like, you're a champ mate? How did I not know? And it was a lot as

well, it wasn't even like a little bit. It was like a full on like, I'm gonna shit on you today.

Yeah, and then I'd like to take it off and like, what's it? Oh my god, I don't know.

That's just disgusting. I'd say you have to accept that it's a bad day. So that once you've

accepted it's a bad day, you can move on. If you don't accept it, if you keep pushing, it's like

if you're trying to go against the current, the current's not going to be like, you know what,

just come along, come along, it's going to be like, bitch, move. But if you accept that it's current,

there's a lot of current underneath, then you just, you know, you just go for it.
