I'm Dave Anthony. Today the Supreme Court which has leaned to the right ever since

President Trump appointed three justices in his term and that has Democrats calling for reform. After rulings that they claim are undermining Americans freedom and rights, most notably, the decision on doing Roe v. Wade two years ago, allowing the states the right

to ban or strictly regulate abortions.

President Biden is proposing ending lifetime appointments for Supreme Court justices calling for 18-year terms.

And he wants a code of ethics for the justices.

And the president detailed in a Washington Post op-ed the other day what he calls and no one is above the law

amendment to the Constitution to undo the Supreme Court's July ruling giving

former presidents some criminal immunity for official actions taken while in office.

A victory for former President Trump in his legal battles.

House Speaker Mike Johnson calls the Supreme Court Reform Plan dead on arrival and the former president

says if he's elected again he wouldn't even sign the reform into law even if Congress

passed it. Now the day President Biden proposed his plan, we talked to constitutional expert Jonathan Turley, who had

so much to say about the court reform ideas we couldn't include it all on the regular
