Okay, the first expression that I'm going to give you is, what is that?

As in like when you're expressing an opinion and somebody does something or they show you

something and you're like, what is that?

Now of course the delivery really depends on the intonation of your voice. So it can be what is that as in like oh that's cool what is that? Or it can also be like what is that? You know like that. So the way you say it all determines on the context. The way you say that in Spanish is,

K S. Eso. Okay, K is our interactive word for what? S is our Spanish word for what?

S is our Spanish verb for is,

and then eso is a demonstrative adjective.

It demonstrates where something is in relation to the speaker.
