2:09.3 | predictability in your life and in kind of a chaotic world. And so knowing what to expect can |
2:16.9 | really reduce the feelings of uncertainty and anxiety, which obviously contribute to our |
2:23.3 | overall well-being. It reduces decision fatigue. And if you don't know, every decision that we make |
