But for now, we're staying local here with Chris, who was at FSU's campus, at his favorite place on the bench, literally.

For the last few days, Chris, how did it feel to be back, OTB for junior day?

It was long, and the weather was very weird. We had hot, we had cold, we had pouring rain.

We got a little bit of everything out of the weekend.

Very eclectic. I like it. So FSU has had two junior days thus far.

Brett has been at both of them for us. Chris, you were at the same time.

Let's, before we get into, I guess some of the big names that we're here this past week, and just like the general view of what you've seen, what you've observed, what you've learned about.

The caliber of recruit FSU's bringing in as this 2024 board is kind of starting to become solidified from our perspective.

There's a few major takeaways for me. One, there's some key targets that they continue to get on campus repeatedly. We'll touch on some of those two more guys that look like the kind of body types you want to be recruiting.

Three last year, we talked a lot about quantity, maybe not quality at this time of year, who was stepping on not saying that they didn't have good player stepping on, but they just had so many kids stepping on.

And then it was only a select few that we truly had to care about. I feel like in this time, the quantity is still pretty good, but the quality is definitely better.

There's just more. There's more kids that for those that care about have the four and a five and the three stars beside their name more four and five star types.

And there's just more guys that look like the kind of dudes that will make them a better football team. And there's also a variety of positions. I feel like they're addressing at a pretty high clip.

This is a fair way to describe it, Chris. I'm right now, right in this down now and workshop in it and try to put something on paper, but it feels like a wider pool for FSU that's pulling from and that's leading to a more narrow scope of like what it's actually actively recruiting at a pretty high level, like what they're putting in invest in their time into.

Yeah, I mean, we can take a few positions and kind of workshop that so quarterback, you got Luke Kromenhawk, you're not really in the market for not 24, at least not heavily in the market.

So you're almost looking ahead. So like Tremel Jones was here last weekend, the first junior day. He's a 25 kid that they're in on. I'm sure you're going to talk about him, maybe a little bit with guys later, because he was at battle Miami this past weekend.

So that's an example of they've kind of already been able to work ahead of class out of position, running back to got Cam Davis. I think they'd like to take two.

I think a kid like Jordan Lyle who came in for first weekend is probably the next guy up at running back, but they've had a lot of 24 running back step on campus, including some others with offers.

And then a position like receiver or defense back, they've just had a ton of kids step on campus, a lot of high level kids kids to have offers.
