which won't get anywhere.

And I say that not cynically, but tactically.

That was a representative dominated by the Democrats.

Not going to pass any bill.

It doesn't have a quasi-amnesty element to it.

And Trump's new plan does not.

So basically what this is is merit immigration.

The Trump administration says, well, take as many immigrants

as we always take illegally.

But it's going to change so that you have to apply.

And you have to say, I speak English, I have a trade,

I have assets.

And we'll let you win.

Right now, 66% of all the green cards.

If you're a legal immigrant, you get a green card.

Go to people with family times.

And no matter whether you can read or write,

or speak English, your family here, 66% of green cards

go to you.
