Give us a little background on you because you're a very dynamic person who's done some pretty big things I learned about, but I'd love for them to know more.

Sure. So I got into the real estate technology space in 2010. I joined Home Away when it was a private company. We went public in 2011. I was the chief strategy officer when we sold to Expedia Group in 2015. Wow. From there I went on to become the president of Hummoway, which is now called Verbo, and had that position through COVID. In COVID, I became the chief operating officer of Expedia. And so most of my careers in short-term rental, I actually own three short-term rentals myself. I started off self-managing, one of them about an hour outside of Austin. Now they're all professionally managed. And so I've got a lot of love for the short-term rental category, but I joined Furnish Finder after leaving Expedia, basically because I could not believe this company existed. Right. There's a company with 200,000 midterm furnished listings that I had never heard of serving this great niche,

and I wanted to be a part of it. And so I'm two years in, and we're trying to build a better
