0:29.9	excited about this topic. I've been wanting to talk about this topic for a while because I know this is a
0:35.2	major, this is a significant form of astrology that really developed in the 1970s forward as a more recent development, but
0:43.2	it's something that I know is very popular for a period of time and that, yeah, I wanted to
0:49.3	find somebody to help walk me through what it's all about and to sort of introduce it to my my listeners.

1:00.0	Absolutely. Yeah. Thank you.
1:02.0	All right. So experiential astrology, can we start by defining what it is?
1:08.0	Did you feel like my definition was okay or how would you define what we're
1:11.4	talking about? Yeah, I think that's a good working definition. I think the biggest thing I would say
1:18.6	about it is that it's about engaging the chart or the horoscope or astrology broadly
1:23.7	through means that are not just conceptual or using language or concepts and descriptions
1:30.2	that are actually involving a whole all of our other intelligences so you know if there's the
1:36.2	sort of cognitive mental intelligence that's the languaging mind you know that mostly is how
1:41.3	i think people learn about astrology think about astrology and so on.
1:47.0	In an experiential mode of astrology, you're engaging all the different sort of organs of perception and consciousness.
1:55.0	So you're giving yourself a chance to experience astrology, not just through ideas about it, but through your own body,
2:02.4	like, you know, like in a somatic way or through your senses, through image, through aesthetics,
