Verse 11. Now we're coming back to the beginning of chapter 13.

Then it shall be when the Lord your God brings you into the land of the Canaanites as he

swore to your fathers and gives it to you that you shall set apart to the Lord all that

open the womb. That is every male, everything that opens the womb from the herds or among

your cattle as many as you shall have you shall sanctify the males to the lord so we get that

clarification we get that male added right just to clarify right again, it's the language is what?

Set apart, just like sanctify before, right?

Set apart is holy.

Verse 13, but every offspring that opens the womb of a donkey,

you shall exchange for a sheep.

But if you will not exchange it, you shall redeem it.

But every firstborn of man among your sons, you shall redeem.

So, what does that mean?

Okay.

So there are some animals that are unclean.

Donkey is an example.

Right?

You don't sacrifice donkeys.

So Moses is saying, hey, if it's an unclean animal, most unclean animals are not domesticated, right?
