So I have been giving social media real hard time lately.

I've been talking about how I've been taking extended breaks from it and how we all need to download the Opel app and how we need to really be cautious about our time.

And all of that is true.

And sometimes I am reminded what a gift Instagram can be,

especially when it comes to discovering creators that you are meant to find, that bring

so much value and interesting perspectives that leave you forever changed. And the guest that you're

going to hear from in this episode is an example of that, a very recent

example of that. Right at the top of the episode, I tell the story of how I found her and

I get into that, so I'm not going to tell it here. But what I will say is I came across this woman

and instantly I knew that she was someone that I wanted to know. She was someone special. She

has this gift and this way of creating that

captivated me from from the first moment. And I had this tiny little inkling that I should get

her on the podcast. And that was an interesting thought because I didn't know this person from Adam.

I just knew her as this creator and I binge some of her content and I really loved what I saw.

And I loved her fresh raw perspective.

But I don't know her.

I didn't know her background, but I just had this feeling

that I want to know more about her and hear more of the inner workings of her mind. And if I do,

you probably would want and be interested in it too. So that is how this conversation came about.

I shot her a message.
