This is a case that matters to anyone who ever thinks they might go to the hospital or have to send a loved one there.

Scott Schara's daughter, Grace, was 19. She had Down syndrome.

Scott will describe having been programmed to simply blindly trust

medical professionals. It resulted in what in my judgment is the murder of his daughter. Now if you're working

medicine you work in health care I know that's super super hard to hear so I

beg you to listen to the whole show because a judge has just done something that's a one in 10,000 possibility.

He's allowed the case against the health care system,

the specific hospital owned by the health care system, doctors and nurses to proceed.

There was a last-ditch effort to try to have the case thrown out.

The judge rejected it. Now here's what's vital to

understand. In most instances cases like this are treated as malpractice, you know

mistakes were made. And most states give doctors and nurses

broad, broad, broad exemption from punishment for, you know, mistakes were made.

Scott Schar's attorneys and he filed an additional two claims, as I understand it. Scott will explain where they charge them in

civil court with battery, battering grace to death.

And Scott Sharra, and his case,

has been allowed by a judge to proceed

into discovery and into trial, probably before a jury.

Scott Shara has a dare for one of the doctors in this case. The doctor who gave his daughter the exact same drugs in the exact amounts you would use to kill a hospice patient to take their life. In that case, the hospice patient would have chosen it. Grace did not.

This is perhaps the most important victory against the medical industrial complex that we have seen as of yet.

And of course, this happened under the cover of COVID.
