I am supposed to as a good podcast host and as a

woman who wants to help you every day in every way. I'm supposed to be emailing you like once a week.

I detest that idea. Like I don't love email. I have too many emails. I am one of those people that

will subscribe to something and then unsubscribe within 30 seconds or the first two emails.

I don't want to be that person for you.

But I do want to talk to you.

I want to talk to you between episodes and I want to tell you things that just will never make it to the air, but I only want to tell my people.

So I'm breaking the rules.

I don't care about the email rules.

I don't care what I'm supposed to be doing. I'm going to talk to you instead. I am officially launching my audio newsletter. And if you're hearing this, that means one of two things. It means you're either officially an insider and you're subscribed to my email list or because this is the first one, you're just hearing it in the podcast feed because I'm dropping the very first one there, one time only.
