Who makes the decisions for you?

Well, the way it should work in our democracy

is that we make the decisions for ourselves.

And when there are large decisions that must be made

about our culture, society, filling of the potholes,

where does our water come from?

What kind of a defense budget should we have?

Well, then we elect people to make those decisions

on our behalf, and then we can take those people away, right?

We can take power from them

if they're not behaving correctly,

if they're not doing the well of the people.

That's the way that this entire country is supposed to work,

but something really perverse and crazy happened

over the last few years.

Corporations began to believe that they were in charge,

and that corporations were actually acting

as political entities, corporations,

which are just homunculus giant money printing machines,

and they provide a service in a product and scarcity,
