How are you, Mr. R. Free Mormon? I think somebody yelled RFM at the end. I think they did. I think that was in there. Yeah, I'm not going to ask you to play the whole thing again. But how are you doing, Mr. Real? I'm doing good. Somebody complained last week. By the way, folks, we'd love to hear from you. Somebody complained last week that the applause at the beginning of every show is annoying as hell to them. And we'll certainly be willing to take it out if that's the feelings of a large chunk of you, but we'd love your feedback. I'm doing great. I'm really excited to have this conversation today with you. This has been a fun one that I've been preparing for a lot of weeks. But before we get started on it, I thought I'd turn some time over to you and just see if there's anything going on in your life or in your

awareness of events going on or anything that you'd want to bring up.

Well, my new podcast, Brush Up Your Shakespeare, is proceeding apace.

We are up to Hamlet Act 1 Scene 5, and that one has not been recorded yet, though I hope to get to that this week end,

trying to turn one of those out every week and getting lots of good response from people.

There isn't a huge following yet.

We did crack a thousand subscribers, I almost said describers.

And so I'm really grateful for that. Also, Mormon Sunday

School, a weekly podcast in which you are now taking part. And I saw that just today, you

released an episode as well. Yeah, I'm tackling the gospel principles manual, trying to give people

the faithful, basic Mormon doctrine, help people know what has changed from an older

version of Mormonism to today. And then lastly, let the investigator or the non-member or the new

member sort of sense what is the deeper doctrines that aren't being taught by that basic manual?

They're not using that in the ward anymore at the church level inside the two-hour block,

but I think it's a great manual to dive into basic Mormon principles and doctrines.

Yes, and I will just say that Bill Reel first told me that he wanted to do an episode on the Spalding theory,

the Solomon's Spalding theory.

Yeah.

And that was like two months ago.

And he was trying to prepare me for this day when it would be airing.

And I just want to say Bill has done a ton of research on this.
