This is in England, a British woman and her ex-boyfriend have been sentenced to jail for being members of a banned far-right terrorist group.

Alice Cutter, Mark Jones, been found guilty of belonging to national action, which was outlawed in England in 2016, after celebrating the death of Joe Cox, who was a member of parliament

and was murdered that year by a man with white supremacist views.

And as soon as this organization started celebrating that, it was deemed a terrorist organization.

So she was sentenced to three years. The boyfriend was sentenced to five and a half years.

And during court proceedings, she, by the way, denied she was ever part of any group and didn't have those views.

So during the court proceedings, the jurors were shown messages in which she joked about

gassing synagogues and wishing Cox would rot in hell.

Wow.

She denied being a member of national action, even though they had pictures of her attending

group rallies in which banners reading Hitler was right were raised.

I'll tell you what really did it, okay, is she had once entered a Miss Hitler beauty contest,

which encouraged participants to pose in Nazi-themed photos and explain why they love and revere the Third Reich of Adolf Hitler.

Well, that did it for the jury.
