charged in a 1977 Wisconsin sex abuse case. The news just dropped yesterday and it's shocking

because Uncle Ted McCarrick is back in the news. He's in his 90s. We've talked about this,

you and I for four and a half, five years. This was basically the advent of TNT shows

on Taylor Marshall's channel where you first got to know me. Well, McCarrick has a new accuser,

who is unnamed, so he might technically be an old accuser, says he was assaulted and brought

to sex parties since he was 11. I'm not sure. I have no clue if this is James Grine,

who I've interviewed before. Mr. Grine makes an identical or similar claim, so it could be him

or it could be someone else. And the story is immediately strange because

as wicked, vile criminal, as McHarrick is, he's avoided prosecution because his attorneys have

successfully argued before courts, look, don't lock him up. He's senile. He's in his 90s.

He's McCarrick. And now, the way this story came down to me yesterday, and Steph was reading it to me

is he molested a man, an 18 or 19 year old man in a Wisconsin cabin.

Well, that's really evil, of course, but that's less bad than the molestation charges that have

accrued against McCarrick involving many, many boys. And if he could avoid those, now he might go to

prison over some molestation charges against a man. That's interesting. Today we're going to get

into this. There's not tons of analysis we need to do, but because McCerick has been out of the news for three years

it's worth your time to consider why are they re prosecuting this in a less egregious so bad

but less egregious instance because he it's what's going up before the court is that he fondled a man is there
