First out of Fairfax County, Virginia, a man is facing trial for the murder of his wife.

In an alleged BDSM plot, prosecutors say he cooked up to run away with the family

opair. Brendan Banfield faces two counts of murder for the deaths of his wife, Christine Banfield,

and Joseph Ryan, who are found dead in the Banfield family home. Authorities claim that

Banfield was motivated by an affair sparked with the families live-in nanny
