About Justin Lovato:

 

Justin, from Venice Beach California, is a Behavioral Coach that uses personal training (physical activity) and nutrition (gut health) as a major tool to help people focus and “see clearly”. This is done in hopes to identify certain self-destructive and unhealthy behaviors. Our goal is not only to become more self-aware in our everyday lives but to also understand that all behaviors are learned, and that unhealthy behaviors can be altered.

So for anyone that doesn't know you, can you just give us a little rough background of like who you are, where'd you come from, and your involvement at Gold's Gym. All right. Originally, I'm from upstate New York.

I've been in California now for about 12 years.

Came out here when I was around 25, 37 now.

And I was in the bodybuilding industry like yourself for quite a while.

Stops with the bodybuilding at around age 30.

Opened my business with my wife for training and nutrition and kind of evolved into behavioral

coaching simultaneously which has been really nice and yeah I mean I live in Venice
