Hi, I'm Russell Kane and I'm going to tell you about Evil Genius. It's the BBC Radio

4 show where we take characters from history, famous figures and find out if they really

were geniuses. We take icons like Queen Victoria, authors like Raul Dahl, what about Elvis

Presley, people who are worshiped and venerated and the idea is very simple. I let off fact

bombs around these iconic figures from history, force my panel of funny people to reassess

whether these people were great or not and then at the end the cruelest part of Evil Genius.

They must simplistically vote one way or the other, evil or genius. But I hear you cry,

that's not fair, we live in a world of nuance and ambiguity, nothing has meaning anymore.

I wish that was the case, head over to Twitter today for a cancel fest. I don't think anyone

has actually recovered from a Mohammed Ali episode. I wish I could tease the final

revelation, but I dare not. Such was the ferocity of the uppercut to Ali's reputation.
